Umberto Quattrociocchi

Umberto Quattrociocchi is an aspiring tuba player, composer, and teacher currently studying tuba performance and composition at the University of Toronto. Umberto has a broad variety of compositional influences – ranging from the colourful romantic textures of Debussy, Mahler, and Ravel to the satisfying harmony of Messiaen. Umberto’s goal is to make orchestral music and the overall contemporary classical music landscape more accessible while maintaining interesting harmonic and melodic material. Umberto teaches private low brass and piano lessons to students of varying skill levels.
