2020/21 was our Diamond Jubilee season!

The orchestra was formed in 1960 and first performed in February 1961.

This significant milestone was recognized by several prominent leaders who passed along their congratulations and personal best wishes.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our celebratory concert was held in October 2022, opening with personal congratulations from Yvan Baker, MP Etobicoke Center, and featuring the Toronto Symphony Orchestra’s Jonathan Crow playing a heart-pumping Brahms violin concerto.
