A graduate of the Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino Young Apprenticeship Program in Florence, Italy, and a recipient of several awards and honours including Regional finalist in the Metropolitan Opera Competition, Ms. Carini is emerging as an outstanding international professional singer.

Her Canadian debut concert took place at Roy Thomson Hall, with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra where she performed in Vivaldi's Gloria, under the direction of M. GianAndrea Nosada. Her European debut was in the role of the Countess in The Marriage of Figaro with the Karlsbad Symphony Orchestra in the Czech Republic.

In the summer of 2004, she performed the role of the Contessa di Folleville in the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino production of Il Viaggio a Reims conducted by M. Nir Kabaretti.

Later that year, she interpreted the role of Miss Wordsworth in Britten's Albert Herring in the Teatro Rendano, in Cosenza, Italy.

Her most recent European performance took place at the Teatro Romano, Fiesole, Italy as Rosina in Rossini's famous Il Barbiere di Siviglia with the Mimesis Maggio Formazione Orchestra directed by M. Giuseppe Mega.

She experienced an important breakthrough in her career when she performed the role of the Voce dal Cielo in Don Carlo with M. Zubin Mehta at the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino.
