Cara Adams

Cara Adams is a recent graduate with her Master's of Vocal Performance degree from the University of Victoria. Recently she was a member of Pacific Opera Victoria's Young Artist Program in which she performed the role of Berta in a touring production of The Barber of Seville and performed with the New Opera Composer's Workshop.

The operatic stage has seen her perform Micaelain Bizet's Carmen with Maritime Concert Opera and First Lady in Mozart's Magic Flute with Toronto Summer Opera Lyric Theatre. Other operatic performances include Meg in Mark Adamo's Little Women, Donna Anna in Mozart's Don Giovanni, and Sister Dolcina in Puccini's Suor Angelica.

In concert, Cara has appeared as a soloist in Mendelssohn's Lobegesang under the baton of Janos Sandor , both the The Seven Last Words of Christ by Theodore Dubois and The Mystery of Bethlehem by Healey Willan with the Etobicoke Centennial Choir.

Future engagements include Donna Anna in Mozart's Don Giovanni with Maritime Concert Opera, and a solo performance with the Regina Philharmonic choir.
